Figuring out how to make fitness fit into your life can be hard. I've been there. I've had a busy schedule, working 2 jobs & trying to fit fitness in is a struggle. 


It takes a lot of time to find out the best way to make your goals achievable on your own. 


Fortunately I've developed a way that makes seeing results a reality. 

Your story matters.

My process starts by learning about who you are. What your goals are, your doubts, and how you got to where you are now. 


Your story is important to me, and I want to know it to help you. 


Then we dive deep to understand your unconscious behaviors driving unhealthy habits. With a clear understanding, we can begin the work to make the change you need to be successful.  


Lastly we create a plan to facilitate your goals. We will make small changes to get you to feel stronger, leaner, and most importantly healthier. 

Weight loss can be confusing.

Is the answer keto? is it carnivore? HIIT? Tabatta? I've been there and made ALL the mistakes. On top of juggling work and other commitments, it can be overwhelming. It can make you feel like just quitting. 


I don't want you to struggle with yo-yo diets, harmful cleanses, or restricted eating. 

On top of life's stresses the last thing I want is to have to make people miserable with an unstainable diet. 


There's no quick fixes, but there will be results. 

I want you to help you build strength, lose weight, and still have a slice of pizza with friends.

In-Person/Online 1:1 Coaching

If you are completely new to fitness and need that extra accountability to make you show up for yourself then this is for you!

What you get:

  • 2-4  60 minute In-person (Stamford, CT only) or Virtual work outs
  • Access to personalized work outs to improve your strength
  • Nutrition Guidance based on your individual preferences, dietary restrictions, and goals
  •  30 minute Health/Nutrition Coaching every other week 
  • Personalized Training Manual 
  • Monthly progress tracking 
  • Around the clock coaching support via text


Independent Online Coaching

If you feel like you have a good enough base to do the workouts individually. Then this is a great choice to give you the freedom and autonomy to take the program into your own hands and exercise your accountability.

What you get:

  • 2-5 work outs per week based on experience and goals
  • Access to personalized work outs to improve your strength
  • Nutrition Guidance based on your individual preferences, dietary restrictions, and goals
  •  30 minute Health/Nutrition Coaching every week 
  • Personalized Training Manual 
  • Monthly progress tracking 
  • Around the clock coaching support via text

About Kaine

I first got into fitness at the age of 16. I was a skinny kid looking to better myself and gain some confidence. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and something I've had to juggle. Before going into the fitness industry full time I often worked multiple jobs doing 60+ hour weeks of labour-intensive jobs. 


Through this I've learned how to make fitness become a positive stress to my life & not a negative. Through my past experience, nutritional certification, & training certifications I hope to help you achieve the success I've made with out the headaches.
